Mission

The data consulting engagements we deliver across our different offices, require a set of technical deliverables that must follow our high standards of quality.

We strongly believe that having a dedicated team of experts focused on these deliverables is key to success. Building this local team is your assignment.

With solid technical and commercial understanding, you’ll be in charge of driving excellence in delivery and process compliance of our African Talent Hub. To that goal, you will drive a local team of technical experts, mainly analytics, data engineering and CRM experts, to match clients' ambitious business goals. You will demonstrate leadership to explain the value and power of 55 solutions within your team, and ensure their onboarding within 55 complying with our ways of working.

Working with 55 other teams in Europe, you will be the liaison between the local team and our headquarters. You will also serve as the first level of support for the local team to deliver their clients projects objectives.

As the manager of the Talent Hub, you will be responsible for the management of the team and the monitoring of their performance including

  • Workload management
  • Processes and ways of working locally and globally
  • Best practices compliance
  • KPI monitoring to ensure quality and reliability of the work

Responsibilities

Project delivery coordination

  • Identify specific needs to train and onboard the team
  • Quality and reliability KPI management
  • Point of contact for all the questions from team members
  • Be a privileged contact for Consulting team to ensure the delivery quality
  • Participate in quality process and continuous improvement

Project management:

  • Allocate roles and responsibilities for client projects
  • Assist with the entire implementation process from client brief, KPI framework, measurement plan creation and validation, tracking implementation, quality assessment, technical support, managing internal cross-team relationships, managing client relationships hands in hands with the Consulting team to ensure project delivery success

Contribution to best practices sharing:

  • Participate in best practices documentation and sharing within Measurement and Engineering teams and across teams
  • Participate in some information sharing sessions and cascade to the local team
  • Help prepare and deliver in depth training, internally and externally
  • Drive the Talent Hub business continuity plan

Participation in resources definition:

  • Anticipate resources definition of your scope (profile, seniority level)
  • Participate in candidates screening and interviews and give constructive feedbacks
  • Careful resource allocation to match planned budgets and raise alerts in case of mismatch between expected delivery and allocated resources for your scope of projects
  • Ensure team has accurate and updated time sheets

People Management:

  • Lead a team of Analytics, Data engineers and CRM experts and ensure their hard skills and soft skills development Participate in newcomers onboarding and training
  • Weekly 1 to 1 with managees and other ad-hoc meetings based on their needs
  • Definition of a relevant governance with your team members at individual and team level
