With solid technical and commercial understanding, you’ll be in charge of driving excellence in delivery and process compliance of our African Talent Hub. To that goal, you will drive a local team of technical experts, mainly analytics, data engineering and CRM experts, to match clients' ambitious business goals. You will demonstrate leadership to explain the value and power of 55 solutions within your team, and ensure their onboarding within 55 complying with our ways of working.
Working with 55 other teams in Europe, you will be the liaison between the local team and our headquarters. You will also serve as the first level of support for the local team to deliver their clients projects objectives.
